Acne is a skin condition common in adolescents and adults. Many factors contribute to the development of acne, including food. But fresh fruits quite efficaciously to oust acne.
Acne  is usually formed in an area containing a large amount of oil glands,  such as the neck, chest, shoulders and face, according to MayoClinic. The main causes of acne are hormonal changes. Also, pimples can form due to excess production of sebum (oil) or a buildup of bacteria on the skin.
