Acute renal failure


Acute renal failure (English: acute kidney injury, acute renal failure, acute tubular necrosis, ARF, ATN, AKI) is a kidney disorder that complex until there is no accepted standard definition of the field of medicine today.
Simtoma AKI include a drastic reduction of glomerular filtration rate is accompanied by an increase in blood urea and kreatinina. According to etiology, AKI is divided into 3 broad categories namely, decrease in renal blood flow with azotemia and oliguria, renal parenkimal injury, inhibition of the flow of urine excretion.
