Circumcision Has Not Been Cured, African Men Want To Have Fuck

Several African countries strongly advocated circumcision, in an attempt to suppress the infection of Human Imunnodeficiency Virus (HIV). However its success is doubtful, because 24 percent of them have kebelet sex again before the wound healed.
