30 seconds check your heart health
Many people think need an expensive cost and a long time to check your heart. But there are some easy steps that can be performed even just 30 seconds to check for heart health.

Heart disease such as coronary artery disease, sometimes known as late or severe symptoms appear so often can not be helped. However, the body is in fact already sent signals before reaching it.

Here are a few things that could be done for 30 seconds to help check the condition of the heart, as quoted from Menshealth.com, Thursday (19/1/2012), namely:

1. understand the heart rate at rest
Average heart rate at rest (Resting Heart Rate/RHR) is a tool that is famous for knowing the health of the heart. RHR is ideal value should not be more than 70 beats per minute, if more then the heart is working too hard.

A recent study from the American Medical Association showed the value of RHR is less than 70 beats per minute or more than 85 beats per minute for 10 years, then 90 percent more likely to die of heart disease than people who value RHR is stable.

In addition, if the value is increased more than 5 times per minute within 2 years, try to speak to cardiologists how do I lower it down so that it is stable.

2. check the color of the nail
Joseph Jorizzo, MD, Professor of Dermatology from the Wake Forest Baptist Health Center speak Polish pads is a good indicator for heart health. If the colour is changed to black, blue or red, then it is likely there is a problem.

Color black and blue flecks or streaks called purpura can show the problem causing the disease and circulation of blood clotting. If the colour red can be a sign of heart disease kongestif. If there are any major changes to the color of the nail, you should consult your doctor.

3. try see eyelid
Fat buildup, Xanthomas on the skin caused by high cholesterol, usually yellowish and found on the upper eyelid. One cause is excess fat in the blood which accumulate in the cells of the skin.

Anne Hamik, m.d., a professor at Case Western Reserve University Cardiovascular Research Institute speak if high blood fat levels can increase the risk of vascular problems (blood vessels) and coronary heart disease, which can lead to heart attacks, strokes and poor blood circulation.

The amount of fat that increases will be stored in the cells that line the blood vessels. If these cells burst, the fat will be released into the blood vessels, blocking specific parts and lead to heart attack or stroke. Therefore know the amount of total cholesterol in the body.
